Is there a changing room?

Yes! There is a changing room onsite.

Is there a public restroom?

Yes! We have several porta potties and a handicap porta potty that are cleaned on a weekly basis. We also have hand-washing stations that are located near the tubing pick up area.

What should I wear?

For summer and fall tubing, we recommend that you dress comfortably for the season. For winter tubing, please dress accordingly for cold temperatures and moisture. We suggest bringing waterproof shoes and gloves.

Is there handicap parking?

Yes! The spots are located nearest to the lodge.

Do I have to walk up a hill?

There is a tube lift that all tubers will use to be tugged to the top of the slope.

Do I need a reservation?

It is highly recommended that you book a reservation early since winter is a very busy season and we sell out quickly. Accommodating walk ups is not guaranteed. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to email us at or call 828-685-1155.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.

What is the refund policy?

We are happy to issue a refund, reschedule or gift care 24 hours before your reservation start time.  NO refund will be given on day of.  NO refund will be given to missing tubers in party on day of.  Please notify (24hrs in advance) if your group changes in numbers via email @

What are the age and weight limits?

We ask that all tubers be at least 4 years of age, and the maximum weight limit is 300 pounds. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Can my child or pet ride in my lap?

No, all riders must ride solo (alone in their tube.)  No pets are allowed on the slope or in tube.  Please email with questions
