Park Rules
No children under 4 years of age on the slope.
Children 4-6 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All riders must ride Solo in tubes (this includes children!)
We are an alcohol free facility, no alcoholic beverages allowed at any time.
NO throwing snow on slope.
Intoxicated persons are not allowed in tubing area. Anyone causing a disturbance or not following park rules will be asked to immediately leave the park- NO REFUNDS!
Dogs must be leashed and well mannered. No animals are allowed in the tubing area or the lodge at any time. Disruptive pets will be asked to leave the grounds.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before reserved time slot via email blackbeartubing@gmail.com
NO refunds for missed time slots. NO refunds for missing tubers in group no exceptions to policy.
If you are unable to make your time slot- and you have notified us at least 24 hrs before your time- we will reschedule you to a different day or time (if available), or issue a refund/gift card.
Snow availability is dependent on recent temperatures. We work diligently to provide as much snow as possible during the winter season, however, at times weather makes this impossible. We update our slope conditions frequently. In the event that we do not have snow, we WILL be open and operating on our warm weather slope. We do no offer refunds for lack of snow.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event that inclement weather is expected- rain, heavy snow, ice- we will update the info banner on our website home page and Facebook.
In the event that we close- we will notify all customers asap via email, text or phone call. We will update our banner as well. Please make sure to provide correct contact information when booking for this reason. We will allow customers to choose to reschedule reservations, or to receive a refund.
