Cancelations must be made at least 48hrs before reserved time slot.
Please arrive early for your reservation. We are unable to move your time slot to a later time.
In the event of unscheduled closing due to inclement weather, we will issue refunds for any reserved time slots.
Snow availability is dependent on recent temperatures. we work diligently to provide snow during the winter season, however at times weather makes this impossible. IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT HAVE SNOW, WE WILL STILL BE OPEN AND OPERATING ON OUR WARM WEATHER MATS. We cannot offer refunds for lack of snow.
Park Rules
Please no children under 4 years of age on the slope.
Children 4-6 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All tubers must ride solo in tubes (this includes children)
Children under 35 lbs are too small to safely tube.
We are an alcohol free facility, no alcoholic beverages are allowed at any time
Intoxicated persons are not allowed in the tubing area. Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to immediately leave the park.
We strive to maintain a family friendly environment. No open profanity will be tolerated while on park grounds.
No refunds will be issued for Gift Cards
All Gift Cards are good for use 1yr after purchase
